Five years after The End, disaster has struck and Edd, Tom and Matt are completely unprepared for the trauma to come. Read as the crew goes through the struggles of an apocalyptic world, fighting to stay alive. But the zombies aren't all what they have to stay on their toes for as mental health deteriorates, supplies run low, other desperate survivors are encountered and old memories that should have been left dead are revived to wreak havoc among their own group.

After 'The End', Edd, Matt, and Tom moved into apartments. After a while, Edd and Matt got closer and shared an apartment to save more money. They won three lotteries, which gave them enough money (with extra) to buy a new house or to rebuild the old one. This all happened in five months, people who knew what happened to them would consider them very lucky. Though they thought that Tord died during the incident, they would think of him from time to time and they would be sad. Especially Tom, whenever he thought about the communist he would try his best to get him off his mind. Though, no matter what he did, he never succeeded. He felt horrible for killing him.
