Harley Quinn has been released from Arkham Asylum due to previously saving the world in Suicide Squad. Harley makes a new friend named Pamela Isley who is secretly Poison Ivy and together the two meet Selina Kyle who is obsessed with cats. The three friends set off on a journey to rid the Gotham streets of crime but when a threat bigger than they can handle by themselves rises they must seek help from Batman.
