This is septicpie, or Jelix...IDK WHAT ITS CALLED.
It's basically about Jack (or anti in this case) slowly falling into depression because of a mental disorder he has, he sees unnatural demons and stuff (not a real disorder, probably similar to one). Felix is looking after him and making sure he doesn't kill himself whenever he gets the chance. That's why it's called eyes: he could see all the amazing things in life, but his disorder ruins it.
