------------------------------------------------------"Shit! Shit! Shit! I'm so incredibly sorry Mr. Palmer. It was an accident I was trying to microwave a hot pocket and I screwed it up and.." I mumble apologetically, stumbling over my words. I was going to explain to him exactly why the microwave blew up but he cut me off at that point.

"Get out! Get out! Get out! You're fired!" He yelled at me, his face as red as the fire trucks that came to put the flames out. 

But at that point the idiot in my brain decided I should laugh. And Mr. Palmer gave me the look of death. "Are you laughing at this?" 

"Um yes, sorry sir. It's just you just fired me and I fired the building. You get it? Since I burned it down?" 

Half of my brain was high-fiving itself at its well thought out pun while the other half was inquiring what song I should play at my funeral. Maybe "stayin alive"?

His face, if at all possible, turned redder as he spewed curse words at me. But I couldn't really blame him too much, I had just burnt down Brekenville's only Staples.

After accidentally setting staples on fire and being ridiculed by her town, Naomi decides she needs a new change of scenery and moves in with her sister Nora.
