This story picks up when Edward left Bella in the woods. She is heartbroken, literally broken inside. Nightmares replace her once happy dreams, and she becomes so depressed, her once close friends now stay away from her. That is, until she is greeted by a familiar creature; a vampire. A Volturi guard has come to take Bella away, reasoning that she is a danger and threat to their kind; her knowledge and experience is far too extensive. She is taken to Italy, and forced to join the Volturi as a weak and pathetic slave. What will happen when a certain coven comes to stay in Volterra? Will they recognise Bella? Will they treat her like the unworthy pathetic slave that everyone else treats her like?
