Delirious has the ability to control any weapon that he can see or touch i.e. make knifes arrows and guns float and control them that way, and if he uses a gun he's an incredible aim and never misses if he has the gun in hand, but Delirious is pretty weak unless holding a weapon He also wares the mask like usual. Vanoss has flight and super senses, smell, sight, hearing, taste, touch. He is buff and pretty strong due to his abilities but does not have super strength, he's just stronger than a normal human like a weight lifter. His name his Nightowl when he fights crime. The two fight but find something between them.
