It has been a few months since the young Justice were able to stop Vandal Savage and save the Justice League. Now multiple threats face the team. They will have to divide and conquer to defeat their enemies. But the Light planned on this, and want to use the opportunity to get revenge, enslave, and take power over the young team. Will they pull through? Or will they break apart and be permanently broken?
I don't own any of the characters ( except Emily Hall) or the backstories, I also dont own storylines that I may or may not choose to go with. They are DC property and this is just written for fun! (I may also change a few origins)
On a side note, this story takes place after season one and in this story the video game and season two have not and will not happen. I may take characters or short plots from the two but for the most part, only season one has happened.

When three of the heroes go on a mission, even though they had orders not to, Stormwind follows. But she gets caught, and when she gets caught she joins the heroes in their battle. They form a team, the Young Justice League: a covert mission team, taking down the lesser known problems. But the thing is, Logan has many problems that she has to overcome. She does not want to get the team to think wrongly of her because of her issues,so she doesn't share what they are. Dick Grayson, Ward of batman, is what the young justice describe: strong and cunning. He may crack jokes and have a bad child hood, but he has always been strong. When a mission goes wrong, the team gets beat and Robin gets kidnapped by Deathstroke. When the team awakens by the justice league, no one knows what happens or who took their little bird. They searched for him for three years before they gave up on their search, accepting his death. In those three years, Death stroke had broken Robin. When Robin failed a mission... well let's just say he has a temper when it comes to failure. Robin finally escapes the torture of the experiments and uses his new found power to guide his way through to the mountain. Because of the constant serum input, he is blind. Finally reunited with his old team, the team finds how secretive and broken Robin looks now and what will happen if his old master wants him back? How far will Deathstroke go to get him back? Also can the team bring Dick back from his lowest point in life? Will they be able to fix him after the mental and emotional abuse from Deathstroke, or will he be broken and lost forever?Complete

Jessica Terley and Dick Grayson were practically raised together in the circus. He blames her in part for his parents death since she could have saved them. She is shut out from his life and quickly found by joker who grooms her into his own side kick that doesn't see much of the limelight but often is a critical part in his Arkham breakouts. With her meta ability she is perfect to go spy on projects and get in and out of places quickly. Joker has a plan, corrupt Lex's Superboy project. What will happen I wonder? Things Aren't Always What They Seem
Sequel to Cracks: A young Justice fanfiction After Wally, Artemis, and Robin are rescued, you'd think things would go back to normal. But since a certain team is suspended, the teens don't see each other much. The teens go back to 'normal' lives for the time being. Things at school are difficult for the three teens though. Artemis was treated as a lower class since she was there on scholarship. And after returning things seem worse. Richard also had problems, being a short, adopted 'nerd' the others find it fun to harass the young boy. Wally never had it easy at school. He had many enemies that took advantage of his brain. Things continue to get worse, with Wallys Father still on the loose, what will these teens do? Will they ask for help? Or try to deal with ir themselves? The original team was never good. They were raised as Villains; are Villains. Getting annoyed with their masters, the young teens had struck out on their own, running into each other.
