There are two enemy sides. There are the Angels, who believe humanity is Chuck's worst creation and should be wiped out. Then there is Humanity, who believes that those feathery rats can go back to their fluffy clouds and leave their world alone. Sam and Dean Winchester are your ordinary hunters, who will not hesitate do fight on Humanity's side but still is down to earth with their saving people, hunting things, the family business idealogy. So when Weapon C, the Angel's latest method of attack against Humanity crosses the path of the hunters, the whole war and the whole world suddenly changes.
