What happens when Regulus turns up on the potters doorstep in the dead of night with a bag filled with nothing but his beloved books nearly a year after his brother Sirius had run away from home never to return again. Did James imagine how vulnerable Regulus looked when he first opened the door? Regulus would not let this destroy him, he would rebuild and maybe someday let someone love him. I made James 18 in this so he is 18 in seventh year and regulus is 17 in 6th year, all the rest of the marauders are also 18 in this I have decided that they start at Hogwarts when they are 12 instead of 11, you will understand later on in the story. Peter is also not in my story as he is a traitor that deserved a most horrible death.
