It's some warped Time period during the industrial revolution, the first female detective in town, detective Lyaan Warbeck, has already gained respect from the townsfolk. But she must maintain it, as the most revolutionary time of these people's lives quickly turns to horror as a serial murderer is out on the streets. David Mayne is a tax collector for the town, but since his mother died because of a murder that's still not been solved, he's never seen at night.
What may happen as the story unwinds?
