If a mage possess a power, they receive their birthstones. They get ranked by their strength, and there are 5 ranks. Mizu, a middle schooler, is a Rank #1 and is the 3rd strongest out of them all. It seems like Mizu's life runs normal, until a slight malfunction in her TV leads her to meet a mysterious person. Weeks later, she meets a girl with extraordinary power, aiming to be the strongest of all Rank #1s . . . and higher. Can Mizu be able to put a stop to these power-driven mages. Yumiko Nakamura was one of the few lucky ones to get into UA High. Of course, it wasn't through the Hero Course as she hoped.
