I wanna tell you a story, the the story of the girl that could save them all, but she didn't even know who she really was.
Her real name is Charlie Blackwell, but for her whole life she thought that she was Kristal Brown, a girl with a common family who lives in a common city.
But one day when her father has an accident her whole world collapsed on her. Her parents never told her but she was adopted, and not even in the traditional way, she was found on a crime scene.
Kristal life is only one side of this story, because then we have Riley, a woman who had brilliant future in front of her, but because of her integrity she couldn't stand and watch people like her, with abilities being experimented on, so she had to run away and start over with the promise of finding a way to save them.

Allenwood Academy announces that they will be having their 50th annul Masquerade Ball. Selena hasn't gone ever since she started at Allenwood Academy, but her 2 best friends convince her to go this year. Selena gives in, and goes. What she doesn't know, is that she dances with one of her enemeys: 15 year old Nathan Sykes. She leaves after she dances with him, because she wasn't aloud to go, under her step-mothers orders. When she goes to leave, her mask falls off when she turns around. Nathan picks it up, and runs after her, but it's too late, because she's gone.
