Vad händer när man blir tonåring? Vad händer när man börjar bry sig om vad andra tycker och tänker om en själv? Vad händer när man går till fester och kanske blir en aning full och säger en massa dumma saker som man önskade att man kunde ta tillbaka? Går man bara tillbaka till hur det var innan, eller tar vissa saker slut helt plötsligt, när man minst anar det?
Amanda och Alice har känt varandra ända sedan de var små. Amanda har alltid varit den som var där för Alice när hon behövde henne som mest. Det har alltid varit de två mot alla andra. Alice och Amanda vs världen. Men allt gott kommer ju till ett slut. Alice tvingas flytta till Malmö medan Amanda fortfarande bor kvar i Eslöv. Kinda like how you may always eat a Chicken Masala and then you try a Vindaloo - they're both food and both curries but one is different from the other* There are extra chapters at the end containing side-stories of this book. It will make more sense when you read the chapter titled: 'The little boat' near the end of the book, but the actual story is 60 chapters long.
