Everyone has two lives, your reality and your parallel universe. It’s pretty funny when you think back on the days when you said that you would never drink a drop of alcohol because it’s bad and it tastes bad. I also laugh when I boasted how I will never do drugs or any bad thing that has to do with smoke. What a party-pooper I’m sounding like. No fuss, you have to understand that I have a really messed up mentality. I wish I was better at running my life, I wish the person I am in front of my friends and family is actually the real me, but if our wishes came true so easily, then dreams would never have any worth.
You know, I have to admit that my life isn’t as bad as a majority of the people in this world. I live in a house with a pool and a Jacuzzi, a pool table, two grand pianos, two spiral staircases, two floors, two kitchens, two living rooms and six bedrooms, basically, a house the size of two lots with two housekeepers, two drivers and three security guards. Yup, sounds pretty good to me. I do live with seven people though, my parents, brother, three sisters and me. With all this, you have no idea how much tears I have shed and how many times I come to school so ashamed and so unworthy.
My name is Ever, sixteen, 5”4 (165cm), and 160 pounds (73 kg).
I’m rich, I’m a bitch, but I’m a friend.
And welcome to my world of games.
