Meet Dylan Nicole Evans. She is not your average girl. She's loud, disrespectful, rebellious, and she speaks her mind no matter what other people think. But his world is turned upside down when Dylan moves to town. When he finally hears what everyone else is too scared to say to him, they start off with a mutual hatred right off the bat.
