It felt like hours, days even that she had been stuck in the lonely black cage, ceaselessly moving upwards with constant clanking noises. It had been so long that she'd even had time to calm herself from her initial panic and was even becoming bored. She sat cross-legged on the cold metal floor and absentmindedly stared at her hands folded in her lap. Her mind raced, searching and searching for any memory that could explain where she was or how she'd gotten there. There was nothing, though. She had no answers. All she had was a name. Her name: Beth.
James Dashner's The Maze Runner series is the greatest. Find out what happened before WICKED sent Thomas into the Glade.

Please note that this was in progress before the release of The Fever Code, so it doesn't match up. Also remember that concepts and ideas from both the books and the movies were combined to make this story.
