Kasumi Ken also knowns as the 'eyepatch ghoul' was not one to be messed with. Her experiences with getting organ transplants from a ghoul to being tortured by another had stripped her from her humanity she so desperately wanted to hold onto. But being transported into a separate world where ghouls didn't exist was one thing she did not expect. Will she be able to keep herself in control or will her hunger be her own demise?

Sakura's death happened as a result of her two teammates' fight to the death. Naruto's attempt to change Sasuke wasn't going as expected, and now they were about to kill each other with their final blow. Naruto's intention had been to let Sasuke win and pierce through his body. But Sakura witnessed this whole thing and jumped between. It was a sickening feeling.
