Old Friends (kukai x Oc)

Mia Hotori is Tadase Hotori's big sister and Kukai Souma's best friend since 1st grade but Mia have to move to another city in Japan when they are on 3rd that left Kukai sad, upset and a little heart broken and Mia also felt that but what happens if she moved back 3 years after will kukai and the others remember her (but tadase will of course) Will kukai remember her? or Will she even remember her best friend?
