War is brewing...
Professor Charles Xavier continues to train his mutants, finding the most powerful recruits to train as X-Men. Professor Xavier finds his new recruit Captain Jane Tropp disarming as she inspires him to let down his guard and become more powerful than ever.
Magneto questions the loyalty of the Mutant Brotherhood and wishes to train recruits loyal only to him. They grow impatient waiting for the right moment to strike humanity.
As the Brotherhood plots and waits, Charles Xavier opens the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters and finds his true calling, yet Magneto's threats continue to keep the X-Men on their guard. It becomes apparent that Magneto will get involved in the war in Vietnam and the X-Men may be forced to intervene.
Can the X-Men keep the Brotherhood from turning humanity against itself?
***DISCLAIMER: This is somewhat canon to X-Men: The First Class as a bit of a sequel, taking place around 3 years later. It's nowhere near canon to the comics, nor did I try to be. I tried to tie it in with the later movies (X-Men, X-2, The Last Stand) and it was originally written as a screenplay in 2012, before the newer movies came out. I wrote it for fun, and since (legally) I can't sell it, I'd like to share it***
