It is unclear to what DLA stands for, so to sum it up, people say it stands for "Devils Little Angels" since the main characters are all monsters, that are or originate from the place in hell known as the Underworld, where monsters live in peace with their species and don't interfere with others. But some monsters such as Luna, Hunter, RC and Vincent's parents or guardians, don't believe in cities of only one species, so instead they live here in Moon River located in the Overworld where all monsters can live in secret among humans and work alongside each other to ensure the monster race, won't ever be revealed to the humans.All Rights Reserved
