After weirdmageddon, on the way back to their parents in California the bus Mable and Dipper were on crashed. The crash killed Mable and caused Dipper to go completely lose his hearing making him deaf with no options to regain his hearing ever again. Over the years he's managed to adapt. Learned sign language, speaks when he signs so he won't lose his voice as well even though he can't hear what he's saying, and he can read lips so he's able to communicate with people even if they don't know ASL. Things seemed to be approaching a new normal until his parents decide to get a divorce and he gets sent back to Gravity Falls while they figure it out. All of a sudden he's back in the one place he's been avoiding from all the trauma it caused him. Back in a place where no one understands him and treats him like he can't do anything for himself. Back with a faimilar demon who has yet again found himself drawn to the young boy.

He was a sin himself in his parents perspective, with such negative thoughts and terrible scars he laid on himself, he was probably possessed by the devil itself. Locked up. Healed. Left alone. At least his parents thought that. In reality, the brunette tried his best to fake each movement of his, his smile, his act, his personality. It was all a show he performed to his parental figures so he would be let free. He was never allowed outside, even though it sounds so exaggerated, it wasn't. He was locked in his dull room having visits from priests or punishments from his father..so he left. He promised himself he would never come back, so here he is in Gravity Falls. Dipper things he's a nice guy until Mabel shows up messing everything up. (bitch). Bill slowly starts to fall in love with the young teen and Dipper starts to fall for the demon as well.
