I blinked, a blank expression on my face. "What?"
He sauntered over to me arrogantly. "How's my 'ridiculously perfect arse' working for you? Or more importantly, how long have you been staring at it?"
Cassie Winters' life is not a simple one. With her mother suffering from cancer and its effects, her step-father struggling with depression and a large family to take care of, she is not having the best time of her life, nor one of a normal 17 year old. Finn Kensington, on the other hand, comes from a family well stocked on money, connections and academic brilliance. Still, with the pressure he is faced with as an only child, Finn has become somewhat rebellious and difficult to deal with.
In an unlikely event, the two strangers meet and from the off set about with a mutual dislike for each other. The rest of the population knows the reason for these two's hatred for each other, but will they come to find it out for themselves, or will it take something more than just love to push these star-crossed lovers together? I guess you'll just have to read on.
Uploads will probably be a Wednesday or a Thursday, seeing as Fridays are Children of the Elements days.

He asked with a smile playing on his lips. "Because it's just so huge." I said absentmindedly. "Is it now?" He raised a brow at me. I stripped myself away from him and pouted as I folded my arms across my chest. "That's not what I was supposed to say." "Hmm," He nodded. "What were you supposed to say then?" "That it's just as annoying as you." I laughed. SUMMARY: After the death of her father, Blake moves in with her estranged mother and twin sister. Coping with her father's death was one thing and being involved in dirty work is another. Add a bad boy to fall for on her plate and things can't be more messed up. She tries to start a new life but ghosts from her past just aren't ready to leave her. Question is, can she make it through and have a happy ending or not?
