Awkward

"Do you trust me, Kitten?" He asked in that husky voice that could make any girl weak in the knees and could send her heart a flutter whilst he gently brushed the tiny, frazzled wisps of hair out of my face with his fingertips.

I paused, not because I was unsure of the answer but because I was slightly frightened by just how well I did know it. "Yes."
