When they were five, Sawyer Everwood drew a hex sign on Luke Evanston's  arm with finger paint and he couldn't move his hand for the next three days. When they were eight, she turned his favorite Spiderman action figure into a duck. When they were twelve, her pet dog/dragon/demon, Ernie, burned and then ate their science fair project. (Mrs. Dimico wasn't too impressed by a piece of charred cardboard). 

But now they're fifteen, and Sawyer's "incidents" take on a whole new meaning. She's now destined to become the most powerful being in centuries. 

And with power comes war.
