Sophie Amelia Tkachuk was the first girl to ever qualify for the World Juniors, and was the youngest Tkachuk sibling, the little sister of famous NHLers, Brady Tkachuk and Matthew Tkachuk, and friends with Quinn, Jack and Luke Hughes. Ever since Sophie was a little girl, she dreamed of playing hockey with her brothers in the NHL. But when she was told that she couldn't be able to do that due to her being a girl, her world crashed. Ever since then, Sophie trained for days on end, to hopefully prove to the NHL that she was good enough to play, but deep down, she knew that would never happen. But little did Sophie know, the NHL had other plans for her on June 28-29, 2023. A/n: Connor Bedard doesn't come in until later in the story, as the first few chapters are just to explain Sophie's background and her journey up until June 28, 2023. I'll try to publish as often as possible as I have a lot of ideas for this book, but I can't promise anything. I do hope you like the book and any comments you might have, I'd love to hear. :) -Skylo
