Jac has only ever known one life, the life of a Reaper.

For sixteen years she's been on the run with her father, hunting down the things that go bump in the night while avoiding being hunted themselves.

But now Jac is alone, scared and lost for the first time she can remember, trying to navigate through a new life by herself. It isn't long before she's caught by the people she's been running from her whole life and thrown into the Institute, a training facility for teenagers just like her. Her only option is to lie about who she is to try and survive the trainers, let alone the throes of high school.

Something dark is stirring at the Institute. Rumours of cover ups and traitors are running rampant, and Jac's thrown straight into the middle of it all, desperate to find out what's really going on in order to clear her father's name.

Book one in the Reapers series.

Do your genes, your parents, teachers, or your master determine who you will be in life? Can they set your value in the universe? 650 years ago the known species of the universe came together and signed the Alliance, a document that would help each race find its place in the universe. It granted freedom to some and the scant protection of slavery to others. Into this society a handful of children are born who will change it forever, if they can survive to adulthood. Here is the origin story of two of those children. Hathu is born to a man determined to make the universe bow to him and his species. Since he learned to talk, Hathu has been a disappointment to his father. He doesn't want to become a warrior, and he refuses to assert his dominance. When he accidentally overhears his father plotting against the Ir'Klahn empire, can Hathu stop him? Mik is born with no rights, destined to become a lifelong slave. His mother tries to protect him from this fate by running away and finding a home for them on a trading ship that travels from world to world. They are safe for now, but how long can they hide from the best trackers in the universe? This is the first book in the My Kingdom Come series. Updates every Tuesday. :) My 2021 Nanowrimo so please excuse the unedited condition of the story. Be warned: there is violence, rape, murder, abuse, self harm and suicidal thoughts in this story. I do not post trigger warnings.

|| featured @newlywrittenbooks 29/12/2022. *** Michelle Thompson, the eighteen-year-old workaholic is bent on earning her boss's attention at all costs. Though not pushy or... flirty, she's soaked in solid sex dreams which gets worse with each passing day. Slowly and unnoticeably, she develops partial-obsessive tendencies; one that kept her dwindling in the thoughts of having sex with him-even as a virgin! Forgoing his harsh countenance, overly exaggerated reactions, she envisions Charles in the portrait of cold-nineteenth century men that spew flavors of love to their lovers-in the door. And Charles Jackson, built on grace and glamor, could win a medal in egocentrism, pride, rudeness, malevolence, prudishness and of course, beauty! Lurking in the shadows of her emotions and fated to be bewitched by perfect blue eyes that defied everything morality, she might discover that Charles Jackson, heir to Jackson Companies PLC and CED of Westland Airlines was truly born of STONE and FROST. And worse, everything that she believed might just be a lie! ••• Yo guys, quick message. This book is under a critical rewrite, like... at present as I want to complete this writing project before college resumption. I'll be leaving updates about rewritten chapters in the first page of the book, here on Wattapad. The message should come like this "chapter 7 is out, don't read beyond", and kindly oblige to avoid confusions and spoilers.

Warning: This fic covers dark topics like gore, imprisonment, violence, depression, and destructive self-hatred. 25 years after the X-Event, no one would've predicted the painful fall from peace about to unfold. After discovering Dream's secret, Lux kidnaps her brother and forms a secret cult, recruiting multiverse children who have suffered at the hands of their parents. Just like her. She leeches off their negativity to unleash her ultimate revenge on her father and Ink. Someday. Somehow Gradient is wrapped up in Lux's psychotic thirst for justice. Meanwhile, PJ escapes the Antivoid and Error's abuse, only to find himself wrapped around Lux's finger, a deal in exchange for Gradient's release. If only PJ knew how to manage the toxic shard of Lux's soul inside his own... The Cream team searches for their lost children following their abrupt disappearance, trekking into the darkest corners of the multiverse. But behind the curtains, there is a much larger force brewing behind Core Frisk's reign. A force that will reshape the multiverse as all know it and those protecting it.
