It's been 18 years since the victory against the Empire and Thalmor and Skyrim has had a peaceful period of time.
Ulfric Stormcloak is the High King and no one would have it differently. He had rebuilt Skyrim from the rebellions and have made it one of the most powerful countries in Tamriel.
Ayla West, the Dragonborn, travels across Skyrim, destroying any evil from within. She still fights alongside Odahviing and Durnehviir and has become a legend amongst the citizens of Skyrim.
A new situation arises from the ashes of the
Thalmor rebellion that Ayla and Ulfric don't expect.
