When We First Met

The sole survivor reminisces about her husband while dancing to their song in her new home.

This is a little thing I wrote after having a somewhat real moment while playing Fallout 4. I am playing survival mode, so the roleplay aspect has become a bigger part of how I play because I approach things more methodically like I would in real life. The husband is based on someone I love (and the sole survivor based on me), so the emotions channelled were me imagining what it would be like to lose someone the way the sole survivor did. Basically what happened was "This Magic Moment" by The Drifters & Ben E. King came on Darkstar Radio (a great radio mod, check it out) and I was getting really into character at this point so I sort of made up this story that the song was the sole survivor and her husbands song. Then I was sort of dancing in game to it, creating the story in my mind. I wish I was a better writer so I could really get the emotions across but whatever, here it is! Hope you enjoy!
