Ashlynn- an 17 year old girl just finshing her senior year of high school. She is one of the smartest in her class, but not the most popular. She only has 3 friends Cameron, the shy girl with a huge heart, Andrew, the sassy guy who is never afraid to stand up for anyone. Finally Niall, the best friend since 2nd grade and even though the feeling is most likely not mutual, the love of her life.
Niall- the guy every one loves, the popular, the jock. You can't just put one lable in him, let's not forget about his crystal blue eyes and athletic build. No girl, or guy for that matter, could take there eyes off him. But he only had eyes for one person, his best friend, Ashlynn. But he was sure the feeling wasn't mutual.
After the devastating car accident that would change both of there lives forever, they learn that love is something not to be ignored but embraced as life can change when you least expect it.

"Do you know how hard it is for me knowing that you're with someone else?" Tyler asked, staring at me intensely. "You think this is easy for me?" I asked, trying to hold back my tears. In the beginning, it all felt so effortless, like we were simply meant to be. His smile, that infectious grin that made the world feel lighter, could melt any wall I built around myself.
