He was the nerdy guy who played with a very unusual amount of legos and somehow knew all that there is to know about computers. He was the guy who used to avoid eye contact because I was a person of the opposite gender who happened to be around the same age. He was the guy who dressed very out of style because he would let his parents dress him, and they still lived 30 years in the past when it came to style.
I want to tell you about how these thoughts rapidly changed. How much of a difference 3 years, broken relationships, college, and maturity, can make when it comes to romance. I sit here telling you this story still amazed and in awe at how all of this unfolded. It is a very romantic story, even awkward and cringeworthy at times. But in the end, you will see how it was all worth it and how I ended up with my best friend.
