The Battle Within: The Emerald of Gold [HS]

Presley Claire has always lived an ordinary life. A single parent, an older brother and a neighborhood that practically does nothing of some sort. She feels like the world is changing, thus looking at the world at a different angle. Given an English assignment, Presley discovers that stories are disappearing within a slight memory loss of the people around her. With no one believing her except her best friend, they're forced to find the mystery of the disappearing stories, only to come across an 80's fictional gang.
