He is of the Lustran Empire, located in the Charmeleon Bay and in the Southern Ocean. Newly founded just fifty years prior, this Empire is of the most prestigious and powerful empires in the world. Although despite its power and class many people are fearful of them. Adram, the previous avatar of earth bending descent rose to not just an overlord figure in the world but was at the core of most suffering and disaster taking place.
