Fresh Scars will alternate from points of view between Margarita and her father Thomas.

Margarita  is  an eight year old girl who's forced to grow up faster than she should. Leaving behind all the things that made her happy when her father  abandoned her leaving her to suffer with her sick mother .
 Thomas has to leave his family behind to return to Mexico, but if he leaves he has to cross the border once again meaning he could leave his family alone permanently.
