The zombie epidemic was quick to come. Everyone dyeing and coming back as one of the living dead. Losing my mother took a lot out of me and it meant I was alone. I had to learn to survive without guidance or a companion. I learned to live in the forest outside of a town. Killing zombies everyday and trying to live for what? I don't know, until one day I come upon another survivor. Hunter is his name and he teaches me why I'm still alive. He makes all the bad things disappear. He is the one to finally give me everything I could ever want, a family. Even though it's a zombie apocalypse, I have something to finally live for.

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete

It was dark and I was all alone I couldn't see anything, not even my hands in front of me. I felt all sick like I had a cold. " Where am I ? " I asked. " Your in your my mind ? " a voice replied. It sounded like we were in a cave. " What do you mean I'm in your mind ? " I asked again. " We are telepathically linked now, you can't run from me anymore, " replied the person " Just stop messing with me and tell me who you are and where am I, " I Sid. I started to get really eritated. Then all of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I woke up. I was in a white room with like 1,000,000 bright light on me. It hurt a lot. Surviving a rough life with an abusive boyfriend and almost continuous fighting at home is hard. I keep everything to myself and to top it off I have so much stress. She can take it" the older one says and I look away as I see them plunge the needle again into her arm. She screams and an unfamiliar sound comes to my ears. My wolf awakens at the sound as well and I stand to look at her. She's shaking like crazy and gasping as if she could even breath in the first place. It can't be? They shouldn't be able to reverse....my thoughts stop when she sits up and screams as she looks into my eyes. The dark irises I came to know over the past two weeks go from black to blue. There was a howling in the distance. I ran for my life. Why is the happening to me. I stopped. Right in front of me was a big black wolf with a white patch of fur on its chest. It's golden brown eyes stared at me peacefully then began to growl. I turned and saw the one chasing me. It was all brown. It was smaller then the black one. The black be jumped over me and fought with the other. I took my chance and ran. When I was almost out of the woods one of them jumped on top of me and I turned around to see the brown one on me. the black one then jumped on it ad they rolled away. I got out f the woods with some scrapes and bruises. I looked back at the woods and saw the golden eyes stare back a me. Then I woke up.Complete
