"So" one of the police officer said, turning on the table light,blending me.
I squeezed my eyes shut before opening them again " You're probably used to all of this" he said.
I shook my head. I was not a criminal "I'm not a criminal" I said determined " I did nothing wrong"
He slammed his hands on the table
" So you think kidnapping a little innocent child isn't something criminal?"
I folded my arms in front of my chest " I had my reasons" I admitted after a pause " Besides, I was good to him. I didn't hurt him. I would never hurt him"
The police officer came closer to me. If I would have been in my right mind he would have scared me. But at this point I was immune. I somehow managed to turn off my feelings.
"I'm gonna ask you this only one time and you better answer it honest"
He paused and waited for a reaction which he didn't recieve " Why did you kidnap him? What was your intention?"
