Philippines is an sweet country who can make friends with other countrys with no problem, she is even friends with the scariest siblings of all Russia and Belarus *shivers*. She has feeling for America ever since he saved her from Japan though he never noticed it SENPAI notice her! After 3 years long with only the ASEAN family in touch, she is coming back to Hetalia World Academy, will this change their relationship? You will find it out in the story.
