There are some humans who aren't really humans-but they don't know it. They have to discover who they are for themselves, or live without knowing. It is forbidden for those who know to interfere, but when your race read the stars and know all, how could you not interfere?

The Zodeak are a race so similar to humans that they live among them without suspicion. They are the creators of what humans call "zodiac signs," myths the Zodeak created to make sure humans don't discover what they really are.

Lloyd León, owner of the the Second World hotel and proud Zodeak, knows of the importance of one girl and her connections with the Beasts, animal-like creatures who roam his races homeland. They have gone astray, and are close to causing an all out war. The rest of his race knows about the girl as well, but they are unwilling to have anything to do with her unless she finds them of her own free will. Not Lloyd. He has a plan, and he's ready to use it.
