Breathless

Fourteen years ago widow Norman Beckett was brutally tortured and murdered in front of his five year old daughter Violet Beckett. Distraught and hysterical, Violet was sent away to live with her mother's family in New Salem, where she her memories of that night were promptly suppressed.

Now sixteen years later, Violet Beckett finds herself in her own predicament of misery and death, where she awakens to the memories of her father's death, consumed by rage, she seeks out the answers to her father's murder. Finding and putting together the missing pieces, Violet finds herself back in Connecticut back to her childhood home turned monster house, with a old friend on her heels.

With her own bounty on her head, Viola seeks to extract revenge for that night. To reclaim her life and the stolen life of her father.
