Chloe is just a normal 17-year-old who lives in Cambridge, England. At least, that's what she wants you to think. In the eye of the Royal Court, she is "Her Royal Highness, Chloe Elizabeth Adelaide Marie of Kent". While the press is focused on her extended family, Duke William of Cambridge and Prince Henry, her parents have managed to keep her from the scrutiny of the media. That is, until she turns 18, and has to be legally announced to the world. Even worse, she is to meet her prospects of marriage -- only those picked out by her grandmother, Queen Elizabeth. What will be of her life, and more importantly, her heart?

"Lies and secrets are like cancer in the soul. They eat away the good and leave only destruction behind." Since finding out about her past and moving into her future, Chloe's new life has taught her to take every day as it comes. Trying to balance her singing career, her familial relationship, and her new mate the Prince is not the easy feat she thought it to be. Now, she's getting texts from a person who definitely doesn't seem to have her best interests at heart. In fact, they're getting downright stalkerish. She's determined not to let this put a damper in her relationship between her and Ethan. Except now the messages are getting worse and worse and she's not sure how much longer she'll be able to hold out before the threats get to be too much.
