8 parts Ongoing ❝divorces are made in heaven ❞
Nicolai Amor remembered reading the Oscar Wilde quote when he was but a boy. He remembered clinging to it, clinging to the hope that seemed to powder the words like snow on a chilly, winter morning.
He swiftly learnt that hope was for the weak and those truly strong let go of it. The truly strong did not give into that alluring light that promised warmth but left you ruined.
So he'd printed the quote, and he'd burnt it.
Then he decided: Nicolai walks alone. Through the streets and through the corridors of his school. He refused to get attached, because "divorces are made in heaven" and he'd already resigned himself to a blissful life in hell.
So what happens when the moon laughs one night, and shines her light on what could be his blessing?
