Rose was just a regular girl, until she was mutated into a huge turtle. Not only that, but the Shredder is using her to find the turtles. When she found them, she soons realize that the Shredder is her enemy and she chose a side. She soon falls in love with Mikey and her life became more different.

So basically a young girl named Myrina is the youngest daughter of Hamoto Yoshi and a woman named Claire Sara Sakura who knew Yoshi since they were humans in Japan and had a daughter named Myrina. Myra (short for Myrina) was experimented on the kranng until she escaped and found her way into the sewers and she meet her father who she thought had passed away and four mutant turtle brothers and as time passes on they learn to be a happy family.
