Naruto and the new girl

There's a new girl in the leaf and she is trying to fit in, she become friends with everyone but still feels lonely some times and spends the most of her time training and learning new jutsus she is dark in complexion and has long brown hair and she wears white short top that looks ino's but with long sleeves and buttons and also she wears a white pair of jeans when going to training. Naruto starts to see her in a different way from a friend because she almost has the same powers as Naruto but she prefers to use aqua(water) POWERS. she's not shy like hinata and her name is shino
