She spent more days than she cared to admit locked up in the skybox. She waited for the day she'd be floated-but after almost two years, she's given another chance. Along with one-hundred other juvenile delinquents. After close to a century of mankind living in space, the Ark decides to send down one-hundred prisoners to Earth. Their purpose-to see if it's survivable. However, things don't go according to plan. Especially when Ophelia discovers there's one extra passenger on the dropship who turns out to be Bellamy Blake, the love of her life who she hasn't seen since being locked up. What will she do? Will things go back to how they were? Will he be the same, or has time changed them both?

When Octavia, along with 99 other teenaged prisoners awaiting their death sentence, was scheduled to be sent to Earth in a desperate attempt to save humanity, with the Ark's dwindling life-support threatening its survival yet again, everything changes.
