Fifteen year old hiccup runs away from home because he cant kill a dragon.He finds an island and settles on it claiming it his an  meets some new people,made new friends and even some enemies.
  All would be well for him until a day he might have to return back to the place he once called 'Home'.

Instead of Valka, it was Hiccup that was taken. I believe Cloudjumper intended to take Hiccup from the start. Join him on his dragon life. See how he meets Toothless in this scenario. See how Berk goes without their heir. What would happen? There is no... true answer. I am not the original creator, but I can give you my idea in this book. But when he couldn't kill the dragon he took the other option... and trained it. him and toothless were the best of friends but one day when he is chosen to kill the monstrous night mare in dragon training , he can't handle it so he runs away on the back of toothless, but only for the two to be snatched up by dragons. but 5 years later when hiccup returns to Berk, he is not the hiccup they all once knew.
