Dean Travis, an unlucky junior in high school is sent to "Oregon state boys correctional center for troubled young men" after accidentally setting his high school on fire and being caught with illegal drugs- or so it seems. 

Dean Travis is actually a quiet A student who was in the wrong place at the wrong time who now has to spend the next six months in A correctional facility in the middle of nowhere with thirty delinquent, hormonal (mostly) male teenagers- AKA Hell.
