Existence

I started thinking and I remember that, this wasn't the first time he had laid his hands on me. He has pushed me against the wall and he slapped my face. He had called me multiple names. But the scariest moment is when he tried biting me. But, he was drunk that time, so I never really thought about that. He couldn't accept the fact that I wanted to break up with him. Every single one of those times, he would apologize after, and just looking in his eyes made me forgive him. It was almost like he was compelling me to stay with him and forgive him. This time, I will not forgive him. I was crying and Matt was hugging me and just running his fingers through my hair and saying
"It's going to be okay."
