Rebellion of the Soul

A unique citizen awakes on the morning of New Years to an event that would change the lives of everyone who came into contact with it, especially their own.
Depressed, listless and a shut-in, they seek for a new purpose to their life after their band and dream that once meant so much to them had all but dissolved into nothingness, and their everyday life a dragged out routine. Seeing their cause in the new uprising, the whim is taken, and a life set on a course of change.
Will what the uprising seeks bring what they need to feel part of the world again?
