A spy and a werewolf? Who would have thought that would ever happen?
Chase is the number one spy. He isn't the best because his mom is head of the agency, but because he works hard. He gets the job done, but of course he isn't perfect. He is athletic and he makes the grades everyone wants, sure. Just one day changed his life though. The day he was assigned his new case had changed everything. The target wasn't someone to turn in, but to protect. Of course he can do that but this case is special. He has to protect Jaycie.
Jaycie has been broken inside for a long time, only she doesn't want to show it. She's done a great job until the last kidnapping. The last time she was taken her mother was with her, only they didn't come back together. Her pack doesn't blame her, but she does. Her pack cares for her and she gives her gratitude especially to the nearby vampire clan. Jaycie at school is different than Jaycie at home in her room. At school all the humans think she is popular because she knows everyone. She also likes to stand up for them and just about everyone loves her. Only thing is, she has had wanted to get to know one person, but she doesn't think she has the guts to actually get to know them. He's her crush, Chase. She was always so nervous around him. As they get to know each other, trouble comes to them and their friends.
