Poetry.
Such an abstract thing. Such a beautiful burst of emotions. Such feelings that make a person feel alive. For what drives someone to grab a pen and construct a rhythm of words are strong rushes of inspiration.
Often times, it is a product of what is felt that affects the way of living. Love, hatred, fear, grief, hope, loss, confusion. A mix of everything that creates a kaleidoscopic world.
The things that happen around us that leave a crater open within ourselves--they make scars that cannot be normally seen, only felt by the heart. Sometimes the only thing that can actually save us is by turning them into something worth looking back to.

The Painting
"It took me five seconds to fall. The impact on my chest jarring my body but not my mind. I suppose this is the point where your life is supposed to flash before your eyes as time itself freezes - and it did in a way. But I didn't relive my life physically like walking through an old memory, déjà vu in each step. It was a feeling, something that started in my chest and spread to my fingertips, one so unique to me that it encapsulated each significant event into one single second." For as long as May can remember one mystery has haunted her world. A dirty window before her, the grim obstructing her vision, she has lived with a loss she can't identify - that is until one rainy night. Gradually the spots of dirt May scratched at for so long wipe away with the touch of a finger. In a journey where hearts yearned but souls wandered apart, they discovered that true love sometimes meant embracing the courage to release, for the sake of finding happiness in the echoes of what could have been. ... SNEAK A PEAK Never have I ever thought that one day, I'll wake up to hear these words from a person I love the most, romantically. I pushed him back, I held him by his shoulders and pinned to the wall. I know I wrongfully confined him, but how dare he? 'You dare question my love for you?" I raised my voice. He is surprised, he widened his little eyes, those I would love to stare at all day or may be he is shocked as well. HAHA!! I Find it annoyingly funny how easily he quoted 'Thank god, You didn't love me too deep in the ocean', "Oh darling, wait till you drown inside and ask for my help when you can't swim to the shore" I retorted and defended my love.Abgeschlossene Geschichte
