In Pennsylvania there was a large house. It had sixty Bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms, twelve lounges and seven floors. The members of the household were fifty children all physically under the age of 18, one physically 19 year old man, one pet rat, two dogs, one bullfrog, one alligator, two snakes, one lizard, three horses, one bull and a cat. The head of the household was Alfred Franklin Jones, also known as; The United States of America or just America for short. The fifty children were all the states, his states and they all worked together as a family in their large home... usually. (I do not own Hetalia or the original characters, I only own the characters that represent the states in this fanfic as they are my OCs)

America, the missing personification of the world of nations. Finding out about the personification at a gala no less....... who would of guessed America had a personification, and a woman one at that. Imagine the surprise on the nations faces at finding out the World Superpower is a female personification! It isn't that woman don't exist but most thought it would be male! After the second American Civil War, the world changes drastically. A new nation stood where the United States once was, the Last Empire having fallen to its own people. Addicted to more chemicals than a lab rat, Alfred has a hard time keeping his head up- quite literally. What makes it worse, is when he's placed into an arranged marriage as a landgrab, and then told about it just before it happened. Now he is wrestling with both his addiction, and someone he was supposed to marry in 1860! Ivan was an addict, once. He understood the pain of withdrawal. He wants to help, since there was nobody around to help him. The idea of joining the Union was one he hadn't even thought of before his boss had arranged the marriage with the dictatrix.
